Postage is free with all our items. We will send your purchase with Australia Post parcel post. You can choose to pay an additional fee if you want your item to be sent by express post.
What size is my parcel
Many of our parcels are the size of an A4 envelope (Approx 30cm x 21cm). Because of this they will generally fit into most standard Letter boxes.
What if I want it to be sent express post?
We can arrange this for an extra fee.
How are the sheets delivered?
For small orders we send them by Australia post general mail and for larger orders we have a freight company that we deal with.
How long will it take to make my sheets?
Individual orders are normally dispatched within a couple of days of receiving your payment. If there is going to be a delay we will let you know.
Is my payment secure?
Our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most accepted payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Choose the PayPal option - this will invoke the secure payment web page and then select the appropriate Credit card.
I don't know what type of bed my centre has?
If you contact your centre they should be able to tell you or you can supply your centre's phone number and we can contact them for you.
What type of fabric do you use?
All our Patterned fabric is 100% cotton. The plain fabric we use for bottom sheets is a poly cotton as we find it is a better wearing fabric. If you would like 100% cotton, please contact us and this can be arranged.
